Estar al acecho
I think it means to be on the hunt, or to be on the lookout for. I'm not sure. Can someone verify this? Thanks.

There you are. I couldn't think of this word the other day, I knew there was one to be added to the one you gave in your first post and the one I suggested.
You see, "acechar" means both "stalk" and "lurk" depending of the situation, but I'd guess it would be closer to "stalk" as its derivation from Latin means "to follow" or "to chase"
