Hola,

Gracias.

I'm not sure I follow everything you wrote.
I'll try to piece together what I think you wrote.
Let me know if I've guessed wrong.

Help me!
= ¡Ayúdame!
Help me to stop putting things off until later!
What can I do?
= ¿Qué puedo hacer?
I had intended to follow a list that (I?) made.
I studied with my friends.
= Estudié con mis amigos.
I studied alone.
= Estudié sola.
And all that was basically in the book
was a figurative sense.
= fue un sentido figurado.

What kind of help are you asking for?
¿En qué te podemos ayudar?

I'm asking how to stop procrastinating because I have exams soon. And I know that making this thread is considered procrastinating... but I can't help it!

Putting off till tomorrow what you should do today (procrastinating) doesn't help you in the long run. You have to study for your exams. You reap what you sow.
