Estoy por llegar

So I'm trying to keep up with the comic strips in Spanish. In today's Gaturro ... although I understand the main gist of today's strip, I don't get this phrase: estoy por llegar (http://www.gocomics.com/features/234...e_items/421937)

Does it mean something like "I am arriving"?

I think comic strips are a good way of learning. They are short, but can sometimes be baffling in their language use. What's more, they use common phrases that will help you communicate.

I agree! I figure that I'm getting some colloquial usage exposure and having fun following the stories, too.
