Word order with compound nouns

Word order with compound nouns

We can say:
un estadio de fútbol enorme / un enorme estadio de fútbol
unas tiendas de ropa excelentes / unas excelentes tiendas de ropa


But never:
un estadio enorme de fútbol.
Unas tiendas excelentes de ropa

Is this correct? Many thanks.
