Which ones is the best method for listen the movies and understand in English at least for me, sometimes when I have a motivation, I try to listen the movies without any kind to translate or translation of the same movie, I do that because only of that way, I can't get my speech or practice the language for my self.

Then the question is!

How do you watch the movies? without the translation.
What is the best way that you can hint me?

Un buen método es ver una película que había visto antes. Sabe la historia, y
así puede hacer caso del diálogo más facilmente.

Si quiero aprender español, veo la película en español con subtítulos en español. Así puedo practicar escuchar el idioma y si algo no entendí o no capté, lo leo en los subtítulos. Como dice Poli, también ayuda si ya has visto la película y sabes más o menos qué va pasando.
