Below is what my translator came up with, but I´m not completely satisfied with it and I´d like to know what you guys have to say.

Con la denominación de Asociación Patriótica Sinca en España. En adelante la asociación, se constituye una entidad al amparo de la ley Orgánica..., y normas complementarias, con capacidad juridica y plena capacidad de obrar, careciendo de ánimo de lucro.

Es cierto lo que dice Sosia, los nombres no se traducen. Quizás una opción sería poner la traducción en parentesis para información solamente pero no para su uso.
