¿Me podéis corregir?

"It's been really difficult trying to get everyone together" (to meet one morning for coffee)

"Ha sido muy difícil intentando conseguir que todos se reunan"

"I would have felt really bad if none of my friends from here came because the other two girls would have come all the way from the city out here thinking we were going to all meet up as a big group"

"Me habría sabido muy mal si ninguna de mis amigas de aquí vinieron porque las otras dos chicas habrían venido de muy lejos de la cuidad hasta aquí pensando que ibamos a reunirse cómo un grupo muy grande"

En rojo lo que está mal.

came = vinieron. Está bien traducido, pero en español este tiempo verbal no es correcto. Hay que utilizar el verbo "haber". Ahí lo dejo para que lo pienses.
