Hola, no entiendo la parte "entre sí" ¿Podéis explicármelo por favor?

Poli, así es cómo yo lo escribo, ...de hecho, es por qué pidé la pregunta porque nunca he visto "entre sí" , sino "ellos mismos"

"Entre sí" is more common than "entre ellos mismos" (too long).

Voy a intentar conectar dos ordenadores entre sí (los dos juntos).
Las crías de los animales y sus madres se reconocen entre sí (los unos a los otros).
Las personas son muy diferentes entre sí (entre ellas).

Gracias pienso que estamos de acuerdo que cuando una palabra parecida a "sí" aparece en un frase y significa algo muy diferente habrá confusión

Seguro que unas personas tienen ejemplos parecidos del inglés

I'll wait for them, too. Because I'm not sure if I can say "among them" or "between them" in some contexts. I know that between them is used when there are two elements, but I think that sometimes it's possible to use "between" when there are more than two.
