¡Hola!

¡Hola! Me llamo andy y soy una chica de los EE.UU. (¿Soy estadounidense?

Hi and welcome to the forums.

Your introduction paragraph is very good!
Here are some hints and explanations for improvement.

(Femenine and masculine are the same for this kind of words)) He estudiando (You need a past participle here) español por unos años pero solamente comprendo un poco. Quiero hablar esta lengua con mucha fluencia (Check your dictionary, "fluencia" is not Spanish) y visitar muchas otras ("País" is masculine) países, pero ahora es un sueño y nada más. ¡Es muy difícil a comprender cuando otros están hablando en español! otras personas *** (Bring here your "con"; this is a linking preposition and we never end a sentence with it, because it sounds fragmentary) que (You need to replace people with "quien", here you have a plural in "personas", so "quienes") puedo (The subjunctive is better here, because of the negative sentence) practicar con, así que (This is a conclusion, so we use the formula "así que"; otherwise, "así" would mean "in this fashion", which isn't exactly the sense of your sentence) quiero hablar con ustedes aquí. (Lo siento si hay muchas palabras que no son correctos ("Palabra" is feminine).)
Don't worry about the number of mistakes (in your case they're very few anyway), we are all learning and this is the point of writing our questions and practice paragraphs here; we find help for correcting and improving.

¡Bienvenida, Andy!

Fluencia is Spanish, but it's not fluency. It's another instance of false friends. It has to do with water -and other liquids- running, or with some substances, like steel, stretching like plasticine in certain conditions.

Thanks for the correction, Alec. It was definitely an unknown word to me.
