Welcome to the forums!
As far as tips on how to learn Spanish, befriend native speakers. Immerse yourself as much as possible in their culture and language. Watch movies and read books in Spanish. Learn how to ask what things mean and how things are said right away and ask those questions everyday.
You must not be afraid to open your mouth and speak! Mistakes are expected. Your native speaker friends will be able to tell you how to say things, but they won't necessarily understand the grammar behind it. Ask those questions here in the forums.
Use new Spanish vocabulary until you can internalize it.
Augment your learning by studying online or from a book.
