How do I translate this?

Me acuesto dos horas después de cenar, porque tengo que dejar reposar la comida o mejor dicho hacer la digestión por lo menos dos horas.
Tiene malas digestiones.

I go to bed two hours after having supper, because I must let the meal
settle or better said, digest for at least two hours.

If it's a pathology, in addition to what Perickles wrote, I will add one that
is very common in the United States: digestive disorder(s).

A gastroenterologist specializes in treating people with digestive
disorders.

I think you also can say "let your food go down". (I.e., "better said, let my food go down at least for two hours..." in the original example/question.)
