I believe a proper translation would be something like: Gacas de rojo con crema.

And no problem.

I don't know any other translation of the word porridge beside gachas.

Look at this, maybe this will help you understand what I mean: Gachas.

And here are some images of how Rødgrød med fløde (Porridge of red with cream, Gachas de rojo con crema) looks like:
