What Rusty says is right. Nadie nos gusta actually means "We don't like anyone".

And plural forms of ningún are used only with nouns that always appear in the plural (scissors-tijeras)

You've got it- just one missing word:

No le gustamos a nadie = No one likes us (We are not pleasing to anyone)
