Literalmente (¿se puede decir en lo literal?) signfica : lleva sus emociones en su manga, per lo que significa es : no esconda sus emociones.
¿Existe un dicho con el mismo significado en español?

No realmente, pero se puede decir:


Guardar sus emociones

Lleva sus emociones muy guardadas.

En vez de esconder sus emociones.

This saying means that you don't try to hide (or can't hide) your emotions. Everyone can tell how you feel about something because it's obvious (it's written all over your face or you tell them).

Such a person could be called an open book. Ser un libro abierto.

Never heard "llevar sus emociones en su manga" though.

Ser un libro abierto, sí.

Las mujeres son como un libro abierto para mi. Me gusta leer en cama.

En cuanto al otro comentario, que es solo un gesto... Me pregunto cuantos lo entienden, especialmente sin tener que ir a un diccionario y devanarse los sesos.
