Sitting is the new smoking
Fitness experts try to get us up on our feet moving around, saying in effect that sitting for long periods of time can be as harmful to our bodies as can be the habit of smoking.
El sentarse ahora se considera tan dañino como el fumar Sentarse perjudica la salud de igual manera del fumar Sentarse y fumar, el mismo daño le da Considerar que el sentarse equivale al fumar Which one? |

Sentarse es el nuevo fumar.
Sentarse, el nuevo fumar. Sentarse es tan malo como fumar. |

Quote:
For me to use "sentarse" seems wrong. "sentar" is an action that takes place in a short period of time, just a few seconds... like "to take a sit". And what is wrong for health is "sitting for long periods" that would be "estar/permanecer sentado por mucho/largo tiempo"
