I'm new to the mix

 

An idiom is an expression whose meaning is not readily apparent based on the individual words in the expression. This forum is dedicated to discussing idioms and other sayings.

Question I'm new to the mix

I was watching an interview with a phychic called Florence King and she used some expressions that I understood by context, but couldnt find anywhere.
CAn anybody tell me what they exactly mean and if they really exist?
I, m new to the mix ( she was talking about not having a lot of expertize)
I put all the dots together
All kicked in for me
Fly gods grann
and I tap in
the other ones I could find them in a dictionary.

"I'm new to the mix."
I'm new. I don't have a lot of experience.

"I put all the dots together," sounds like she meant "I connected all the dots." This means that she has figured everything out.

"All kicked in for me" is the same as above or is equivalent to "Everything fell into place."

"I tap in" is a claim that she can communicate with the spiritual realm.

I have no idea what the 'Fly' quote is supposed to mean. The last word isn't a word.
