Hola, ¿Siempre vez que quería escribir algo así yo tenía dudas?

Tengo un poco de duda sobre eso

¿Es necesitado "de" ahí?

Both are correct, but I think there is a slight nuance in meaning:

Tengo poca duda = I'm almost certain.
Tengo un poco de duda = I'm not that sure.
