Question Indian heroic couplets

I take that "couplets" can be translated into Spanish as "pareados" "dísticos", but would you say "pareados heroicos hindúes" in Spanish?

Or rather "pareados épicos hindúes"?

Is there any Spanish translations for Indian poetry where they use such terms?

(I am including this in the Vocabulary section, but maybe goes into "Culture"...)

Yes, "pareados heroicos" has been said before even though "épicos" sounds better to me. I wouldn't know if it makes any difference.
