The english prase says:
You're more likely to have a job and less likely to be fired.

Could I translate it as:

1.-Tienes más probabilidades de tener un trabajo y menos probabilidades de ser despedido.
2.-Tienes más posibilidades de tener un trabajo y menos posibilidades de ser despedido?

"Es más probable que tengas trabajo y menos probable que te despidan (de él)." (or "que lo pierdas")

Si. De todos modos puedes decir "tienes más posibilidades de conseguir trabajo", si de alguna manera se han multiplicado las formas de acceder a un trabajo -por ejemplo mediante la educación-, pero esa información no la contiene el texto.
