Tanto y ambos - como y y

I speak both Spanish and English.

Hablo tanto español como inglés.
Hablo tanto español y inglés.
Hablo ambos español como inglés.
Hablo ambos español y inglés.

Estoy un poco confundido con el "tanto" y "ambos" y el "como" y "y".

Siempre es "tanto ___ como ___". (Con "y" suena feo.)

- Somos muy especiales, tenemos tanto belleza como talento.
- James Bond es tanto inteligente como guapo.


Recuerda: por razones fonéticas, si el primer sonido de la palabra que sigue a la "y" es /i/, entonces la "y" cambia a "e":

- Hablo español e inglés.
- James Bond es guapo e inteligente.
- Cantamos canciones e himnos.
- Venden agujas e hilos.


Para tu ejemplo con "ambos", se necesita una coma:
-Hablo ambos, español e inglés.

No me suena correcto "ambos ___ como___"
"Ambos" se usa cuando te refieres a dos cosas que ya conoce tu interlocutor:

-- ¿Quieres helado de fresa o de chocolate?
-- Ambos. -> Quiero ambos helados, de fresa y de chocolate.

-- No hay hombres guapos e inteligentes al mismo tiempo.
-- Eso no es cierto; James Bond es ambos. -> JB es ambos, guapo e inteligente.

Gracias Angelica. He estado estudiando español mucho tiempo y nunca noté el 'y' 'e' cambio. Muy básico pero nunca noté.

¿Cuál es su JB favorito? A mí 'Sean' es único JB.

El cambio fonético no se suele enseñar. He visto el error con mucha frecuencia en estudiantes muy avanzados de español. (Por cierto, lo mismo sucede con la "o" en las disyuntivas: "¿Quieres plata u oro?", "Eran siete u ocho personas".)

Si sólo se cuenta el personaje, coincido en Sean Connery, aunque Roger Moore me gusta bastante también. Pero si es por imagen física, prefiero por mucho a Pierce Brosnan.

Pierce Brosnan es inglés y tiene el acento natural y es JB bueno pero todavía prefiero a Sean.

Different translations from SpanishDict:
y es un buen JB pero aun así prefiero Sean.
y es un buen JB pero sigo prefiriendo a Sean.

Hubiera imaginado que:
y es un buen JB pero todavía prefiero a Sean.

Yo soy indiferente entre Sean y Roger.
