Bargaining chip gambler
Bargaining chip gambler.
I've read this phrase over a T-shirt, that's why I can't offer more context. What does it means?

I don't think it means much, to be honest. There seems to be an attempt at a pun on 'chip' because a 'bargaining chip' is something you use in negotations to give up in return for something else. A chip is also what you play poker with, so you gamble with that kind of chip.
Since 'bargaining chip' I guess derives from poker anyway, I don't think there is any more sense to be had. |

A bargaining chip is an expression we use when we are trying to entice another by offering some idea or thing as a 'very good' reason to do what we want them to do.
Bargaining Chip Gambling is simply a manufacturer or a brand of clothing, I believe. If you wanted to give the phrase a meaning, I would guess 'tempting fate through the use of enticements/leverage' might work. |

¿Podría ser que alguien entusiasma a otro a jugar a cartas o dados en un casino, prometiéndole fáciles ganancias?
Me atrevo a sugerirlo, pues la T-Shirt tiene la caricatura de un crupier con un as de corazón en la mano, que sonríendo maléfico y guiñando un ojo, atrae la gente.
