Subjunctive Vs Indicative

I would be very grateful if my Spanish translations could be checked for me. Thank you in advance.

I don’t think that he speaks Spanish very well:
No pienso que hable español muy bien.

I don’t think that he will speak Spanish tomorrow:
No pienso que hable español mañana.
No pienso que hablará español mañana.

I don’t think that he’s going to speak Spanish tomorrow:
No pienso que hable español mañana.
No pienso que vaya a hablar español mañana.

I don’t think that he spoke Spanish at the party.

I think = Pienso
I don't think = No creo

I don’t think that he will speak Spanish tomorrow:
No pienso que hable español mañana.
No pienso que hablará español mañana.

I don’t think that he’s going to speak Spanish tomorrow:
No pienso que hable español mañana.
No pienso que vaya a hablar español mañana.

I don’t think that he spoke Spanish at the party.

I didn’t think that he spoke Spanish very well:
No pensaba que habló español muy bien.
No pensaba que hablaba español muy bien.
No pensaba que hablara español muy bien.
