Me suena bien tu traducción, Bob. I'd just tweak it slightly to say:

"I barely understand a thing you're saying."

A mi vista la oración parece bien formada pero no lo sé, tampoco.

La encuentro un poco forzada y falta algún elemento:

Apenas entiendo ninguna cosa de lo que estás diciendo.

Pero sería más normal decir:

Apenas entiendo nada de lo que estás diciendo o
No entiendo nada de lo que dices (yo diría ésta)

No sería lo primero que se me viniera a la cabeza (usaría la misma frase que Irma, "no entiendo nada"), pero conservando la mayor parte de la frase original, yo preferiría decir:

· Apenas entiendo alguna cosa de lo que estás diciendo.
· Apenas entiendo algo de lo que estás diciendo.

"Apenas entiendo ninguna cosa" o "apenas entiendo nada" no me suenan nada bien.



@Hola: Small piece of advice: it would be better if you assigned descriptive titles to the topics you start. They have mostly the same titles and it's hard for other members to use them as reference like that.

Y digo la frase inglesa equivalente a muchos de los jóvenes alrededor de aquí.
