Nadar
This is a discussion thread for the Daily Spanish Word for November 9, 2009
nadar (verb) — to swim. Look up nadar in the dictionary El agua estaba tan fría que no se podía nadar en ella. The water was so cold it was impossible to swim in it.

That remembers me a saying:
Then I added a few more sentences: Una flota es una escuadra. Una escuadra es como una regla. Una regla sirve para hacer rayas. Una raya es un pez. El pez nada. El que nada no se ahoga, etc. |
