I don't know how to say correctly

Hello, I am creating a web and I have some problems translating into English. Iwould like to know if these sentences are right or not. I am not sure but I think they are wrong.
Will you help me please?

- Perhaps it's a good moment to buy

- The price is near minimum

- Represents the difference by % (quiero decir que representa la diferencia pero en porcentaje)

- when the company’s status becomes ... (cuando el status de la compañia pase a ...)

- Selling zone (better Selling prices ?)

Thank you very much

- Now is a good time to buy

- Rock-bottom prices

- % off regular price

- When the company’s status becomes ... (cuando el status de la compañia pase a ...)

- Selling zone (better Selling prices ?)
For the last one, perhaps you meant something like 'Price range', but I can't tell for certain.
