Antes de is used if something follows before. (like before I knew you would translate: antes de conocerte...)

My attempt, I would like translate those sentences using the word antes de,

I have been in that place before than you.
He estado en ese lugar antes que tu.

Do you have toke my computer before.
Has tocado my compudora antes?

I have seen to her before on some place.
La he visto antes en algun lugar.

I want to say that the word Antes is mostly used when you are trying to say something or any sentece in past, I hope my examples to be of useful for you.

My take on this:

I have seen her somewhere before.
La he visto antes en algún lugar.

I heard him say that before.
Lo he escuchado decir eso antes.

sosia has a spectacular aura aboutsosia has a spectacular aura about
my two cents
I have seen her somewhere before.
La he visto antes en algún sitio.
I heard him say that before.
Le oí decir eso antes.
Le escuché decir eso antes.
Eso ya se lo había oído yo.

"antes de" is more for something that happens before an "more-or-less" establissed event.
"antes de que amanezca" "antes de la revolución" "antes de empezar con la comida"
"antes de que os marchéis" "antes de morirme" "antes de que el coche se estropee"

Saludos
