Trabajar mucho Vs Trabajar duro

Can mucho be replaced by duro in the sentence below?

Tengo que trabajar mucho.
Tengo que trabajar duro.

trabajar mucho (12 hours a day)
trabajar duro (sweating all the time, or mentally stressed)
trabajar duro (a combination of long time and some physical or mental strain)
