Please help! I cannot understand what could be "una media luna navajera". In the dictionaries there so many and contradictory versions .

Si el contexto es:

probablemente significa una media luna que parece una navaja.
La sagrada concepción se representa con una virgen de pie sobre una media luna, que a veces es tan brillante, que parece tener filo.
