Algo así, un 'jeta' es alguien que tiene mucho 'morro'.
Aunque 'menudo' significa 'pequeño', cuando va delante de un sustantivo o una frase se usa en sentido ponderativo: ¡Menudo jeta! ¡Menudo morro! ¡Menudo día el que he tenido hoy!. |

¡Menudo jeta es este tío! ¡Menuda jeta tiene este tío! "Jeta" se refiere a los labios abultados de una persona (y viene de "seta, hongo") También se refiere a la cara. Mucha jeta = Mucha cara. Hoy está de jeta = con cara de enfado. ...

In Mexico "jeta" (a pejorative word for "cara") is not a synonym of "desfachatez", and we don't use it as an adjective either.
Although we very rarely would use "menudo", "menuda jeta" would suggest to me that someone is angry and his/her facial expression is intended to show it. To talk about someone being brazen, we'd rather use "tener la cara dura". ¡Pero qué cara más dura! ¿Cómo dices que estabas trabajando, si vienes borracho?

Here it is used as "face"(cara). But we can also understand it easily as "caradura". (and when I read the title, I though that was the sense)
