Hello, I just saw this video and I want to know if it is true that spanish speakers say it like that they see hundred of birds XD we only look two.

Yes, that is the Spanish equivalent to the English expression.

Not all sayings/expressions/refrains translate directly into another language.

A cat has seven lives in Spanish, as compared to the English nine, for another example.
