Are all my attempts below correct?
I want to pay the balance, which is 60 euro: • Quiero pagar el resto del dinero, que son cien euros. • Quiero pagar el saldo, que son cien euros. • Quiero pagar lo que queda, que son cien euros. Many thanks. |

Aside from the typo cien 60 .
I think all your options would be understood, but to me they don't necessarily sound all that natural. I'd say: * Quiero saldar la cuenta. * Quero pagar lo que falta. I think you can use "balance" as well, but I think only when you're talking about the total amount, not the difference or what is left to pay. But I could be wrong on that.

Also, "quiero pagar los cien euros que faltan/quedan/restan", "quiero pagar el saldo pendiente", "quiero pagar lo que queda pendiente"...
