I think I heard both expressions. Can anybody confirm? If this is so, what is the difference?

These sweets are worth 10 euros = Estos caramelos valen 10 euros.
I bought 10 euros' worth of sweets ~= Compré una cantidad de caramelos que vale 10 euros.

"(Quantity) worth of (something)" indica la cantidad de la cosa que vale la cifra dada.
