¿A que sí, Junior?

Hi,

Sometimes, it's no trivial task to feed the context to dictionaries . I think it's Isn't it, Junior? or Is it so, Junior?. Is it correct?

More context would be nice.

Without more context, the phrase could mean:
Right?
Isn't that right?
Am I right?
Isn't it?
Aren't you?
Won't we?
