Cómo se traduce en inglés este dicho, usado para decir que vives con alguien, pero no tienes sexo. Tiene sentido figurado.

Usualmente se diría, "we are just friends". Pero estoy seguro de que hay una traducción más mejor

La traucción literal es "(living) together without disorder" Algunas personas dicen, "sexo puede traer mucho revuelto a una relación"

I believe you can use 'to have a Platonic relationship', but it isn't a saying.

You might be able to use something like "we are only roommates" or "we are only rooming together".
