Hello and a little advice please

Hello, Hi everyone I have decided I want to try and learn Spanish and I have decided to start with Rosetta Stone. I was wondering though is it ok to use multiple techniques at the same time or would you just use the one system? Some helpful advice on this and some pointers would be appreciated here thank you.
