Si digo,

"Se lo ha guardado." "The (no one in particular) save it for him"

que yo sepa, está bien dicho. Pero si digo.

"Se le lo ha guardado."

que yo sepa, no está bien dicho porque hay que convertir el objeto indirecto en un se cuando se usa al lado de un objeto indirecto.

Acabo de leer que el se impersonal solo se puede usar con un verbo transitivo cuando no hay objeto mencionado.

Por ejemplo.

Se puede comer bien aquí.

Creo que cuando se coloca un objeto entre el se impersonal y un verbo transitivo, está de más.

En una construcción impersonal no se sustituye el objeto directo:

- Se abrió la puerta. -> Se abrió.
- No se permite fumar. -> No se permite.
- No se sabe nada. -> No se sabe.
- Se puede comer bien aquí. -> Se puede.


En tu ejemplo, "se" es el pronombre de objeto indirecto. Por cierto, dependiendo del contexto, "se lo ha guardado" puede significar varias cosas:
-He/she kept it to his/herself
-He/she put it away.
-He/she saved it for [someone].


"Se le lo ha guardado" no es correcto, porque no se usa "le" con "lo"/"la", sino "se".
