Cuánto tiempo...

¿Cuánto tiempo hace que la conozco?

How long have I known her?

May I say "how much time"?

Thanks.

Me suena raro "How much time ..." en este contexto. "How long have I known her?" está bien.

¿Usarías "how much time" en el sentido de "cuánto tiempo" en algún contexto?

In the literal translation above that in English.

How long time you know her?
Or you also can use the word met.
How long time you met her.

I hope that my help can be useful or helpfulness for you.

How much (,more) time(,) do I have to wait?

How long do I have to wait?

How many minutes do I have to wait?

Sorry, Crotalito - neither of your sentences are correct.

You can say these instead:
(1) How long have you known her?
(2) How long ago did you meet her?

Yes I understand you.
I don't write the verb in pass.

Then it could be.

How long have you meet her.
How long time did you know her.
How long time you have knew about her.
How long did you know her.
How have time you knew her.

Please you check my attempts and correcting me.

I'm afraid they are all wrong, except the fourth one which might be correct, depending on what you mean. Give the Spanish as well.
