En inglés puedo decir "The Fulanos" cuando refiero a todos los miembros de una familia. ¿En el español digo "Los Fulano" o "Los Fulanos"?

"Los Fulano". Do you say "Fulano y Mengano" in English?

Los López, los Aribarreta, los del Pino, los García, etc.

Yes, Irmamar, I've seen it spelled con Zeta as well.

I hadn't happened to come across "Sotano", though, thanks for the info.

One my grandfather used to say: "Fulano, Zutano, Mengano y Perengano" (or "Perencejo", depending on his mood)

I agree with Irma: It's the family name without a plural.
