Hello,I would like to be helped understand exactly the following sentence,especially this "es del que.." thank you in advance all.

....estamos sujetos a un Dios :a Jesus Cristo,que es del que mas se habla.

(literally)

... Jesus Christ, who is of whom most is spoken.
.......................que es del mas se habla

You can say "que es del que más se habla" or "que es de quien más se habla". Maybe in this way is clearer
