Cuál es la forma correcta:

Quiero ir al Parque del Retiro (nombre: Parque del Retiro)
Quiero ir a El Parque del Retiro (nombre: El Parque del Retiro)

Quiero ir al Palacio Real (nombre: Palacio Real)
Quiero ir a El Palacio Real (nombre: El Palacio Real)

All are correct. When the article is part of the name, you should not use the contraction 'al'.
