Estaría is the correct pick, but I would use other wording.
One suggestion: ¿A qué nivel de inglés podrías llegar sin tomar clases en la escuela? |

Well, I answer your questions, never I have gone to school to learn English, and I suppose that my English today is more or less good altought, now I need to learn to Speak the language, as I wish it.
