Porque no estoy de acuerdo con.......
Porque estoy no de acuerdo con....... Porque no de acuerdo con....... Rosetta Stone uses the first. They all seem correct to me, but I'm just learning. Thanks in advance. Bob Ritter, Pensacola, FL

Poli is right.
"Estar de acuerdo" is a whole expression, so negation must be right before it and the verb cannot be ellided. Estar de acuerdo -> no estar de acuerdo "Estoy no de acuerdo" and "no de acuerdo" don't make sense.
