Pienso que "THink" es más común que "say" por eso lo dicho de Tomísimo es bueno

el + infinitivo conozco, pero "el que + indicativo" me parece anáfora, que distingue entre dos sustantivos anteriormente mencionado. Por eso me deja confuso.
