But I believe you also have these two options, right?
vote of censure
or
vote of no confidence

Would you use these English expressions as in 'to present a vote of censure' or 'to present a vote of no confidence'?

Pero votar no es lo mismo que presentar una moción, ¿no?

Cierto, pero presentas tu moción para que se celebre una votación. ¿No es así? (Hace muchas vidas que no soy diputado ni senador... así que me falta práctica y no me acuerdo...)
