Cojundongo / Cojondongo

I was told that `cojondongo´ is a meal well known in the Extremadura state of Spain.
I´m still wondering what it is.
Any ideas

I have never heard that word (cojun...).
The right spelling is morcilla:it's my son's favourite dish.
Typical too are paella and gazpacho. Paella is a rice dish and gazpacho is a delicious cold tomato soup.

David, I ´ve been called many things, but I´ve never been considered to be a cannibal. Thanks for giving me another option.

David, I would only accuse Jane of being a cannibal if she ate madrileño cocido (not cocido madrileño)...But being such a nice lady I'm sure she never would.

Probably gazpacho and Spanish omelette. I also like arroz a banda (paella without the trimmings) And yours?
