¿Cómo se dice...?

"When you know, let me know, as soon as you can because...."
" Cuando sepas ya me dices algo,cuanto antes porque..."

"Normally you would only just be about getting home at this time."
"Normalmente solo estarias llegando a casa a esa hora.,"

1. "When you know, let me know, as soon as you can because...."
"Dímelo tan pronto como lo sepas porque...". "En cuanto lo sepas, dímelo, porque..." There is another way to say it although is not that common: "Tan pronto como lo sepas, déjamelo saber porque..."

2. "Normally you would only just be about getting home at this time."
I'm not sure what you mean in this sentence. You mean that normally you would be about getting home at this time? Like this is the time when you usually would be about getting home? Like a habit? Then I'd say:
"Normalmente, esta es casi la hora a la que sueles llegar a casa"
