Sensación térmica

Hace 1 grado pero la sensación térmica es de menos 10
It s 1 degree C but taking into consideration the windchill factor the temperature is minus 10 degrees C
Is the English sentence Ok?

The sentence you wrote makes sense, but is missing punctuation (including an apostrophe).

It's 1° C, but taking the windchill factor into consideration, the temperature is -10° C.

More concise: Although it's 1° C, it feels like -10° with (the) windchill.
(Windchill may also be spelled as two words.
We say either 'minus' or 'negative' when the temperature drops below 0. It is also common to hear '10 degrees below zero'.)
