Mi traducción está: "It is not enough to know, you should also apply. It is not sufficient to love, you should also ....... " (Goethe, German poet and playright).

I don't quite know what to do with the "hacer" part. I mean, I have a vague understanding of the word "hacer", but apparently not enough of one to actually understand it in a sentence....

Is the rest of my translation correct? What about the "hacer" part?

Gracias!!

The quote should be:

It is not enough to know, you should also apply. It is not enough to want, you should also do.

or

It is not enough to know, it must also be applied, It is not enough to want, it must also be done.

Knowing is not enough. You must apply your knowledge. Wanting is not enough. You must act to obtain what you wish.

It could also be something like "Wanting is not enough, one must act too."
