Conflictos amorosos

Podríamos considerar las expresiónes "problemas amorosos" o "problemas sentimentales " como sinónimos de lo "conflictos amorosos"?

Pero pensad una cosa:
Si hacemos una frase con el verbo tener, sólo las dos primeras suenan bien
Tiene problemas amorosos
Tiene problemas sentimentales
Tiene conflictos amorosos no es correcto.
Así que parece que hay una diferencia de uso. Creo que es siempre más fácil si tenemos un contexto.

"Tener conflictos amorosos (familiares, laborales, etc.)" no me suena mal a mí.

Tener/haber conflictos/problemas amorosos/laborales etc...

Es que por desgracia, "tener conflictos" es común... aunque sea Navidad y esas cosas...
Me parece que "decir" "tiene conflictos amorosos" aunque correcto, no es lo más común a la hora de andar por casa... me suena un pelín "rebuscado" o cuando menos un registro cuidado... no uno coloquial.

"Tengo problemas laborales" puede ser un eufemismo por "me han despedido" y "he tenido conflictos amorosos" podría ser un eufemismo por "mi novia me ha plantado"... Pero eso ya son disquisiciones filosóficas de un ámbito extra-lingüístico...
