It's OK because Spanish its pretty elastic about word order and you are free to choose among several options, but "¿Qué paises de Sudamérica ha usted visitado?" or " ... ha visitado Usted?" are better.
That freedom makes using opening "¿" and "¡" marks a non-optional thing.
